Virginia Lee Flot, 84, of Westminster, passed away July 30, 2014.
She was born May 15, 1930 in Greeley, Colorado, the daughter of Harlan and Inez (Dorn) Brunner. She was a graduate of College High School. She attended Colorado Teacher's College. She was married to Kenneth L. Whitmore, of Eaton, Colorado, on April 16, 1950. Together they had two sons, Stuart and Scott Whitmore. Later in life she married James Flot, of Greeley, Colorado, and they had a daughter, Kimberly K.
Virginia is survived by two sons, Stuart L. Whitmore, T. Scott (Vickie) Whitmore; daughter, Kimberly K. Kohler; brother, Dorn "Butch" R. (Zelda) Brunner; six grandchildren, Kari K. Kohler, Kris K. Kohler, Kelsea K. Kohler, Brianna H. Whitmore, Alec A. Whitmore, and Michala T. Whitmore. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harlan R. Brunner and Inez Kissack; sisters, Darleen Nealy and Waunita B. Hall.
