Warren Edward Wilson

Warren "Skip" Wilson, 68, of Aurora, passed away September 23, 2016.

He was born October 8, 1947 in Washington, Pennsylvania, the son of Paul and Mary Jo (Morris) Wilson. He graduated in 1973 with a BA in Psychology from West Liberty State College in Wheeling, West Virginia. On October 5, 1991 he married Pauline (Thomas) Michaud, of Denver, Colorado at Second Creek Raceway.
He was an avid fan of auto racing and was a long standing member of Rocky Mountain Vintage Racing where he served as a starter for many years. His favorite pastime was sitting on the porch of a cabin in the mountains reading books.

Skip is survived by his wife, Pauline Wilson; daughter, Michelle (Gary) Griffith; two step-daughters, Christine (Darren) Michaud-Drill and Jeanette (Adam) Strode; two grandchildren, Lucille and Samuel Strode; sister, Jerri Anne (Charles) Blumenstock; and many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Mary Jo Wilson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society at cancer.org or plant some trees at ArborDay.org - Skip's favorite non-profit.
