Wilda Jewel Mercer , 88, of Westminster, passed away September 21, 2016.
She was born November 22, 1927 in Fort Collins, Colorado, the daughter of Frederick and Opal (Rigdon) Smiley.
Wilda enjoyed puzzle books. She also enjoyed watching old Westerns, especially John Wayne. Above all, she will be remembered as a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother and great-great-great-grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family.
Wilda is survived by Two Daughters, Sharon Lee Mercer and Linda Marie (Ron) Buzard; Six Grandchildren, Dawn Marie Henry, Chris Buzard, Michelle (Josh Folkert) Buzard, Donald Zane (Megan) Mercer, Joshua Hatch and Jamey Marshall (Michelle) Hatch; Six Great-Grandchildren, Jordyn Paige Henry, Ron Hernandez, Bradon Folkert, Gavin Folkert, John Mercer and Jason (Sierra) Mercer; four great-great-grandchildren, Billie Kay Mercer, Julian Miles Mercer, Cyrus John Lucero and Ryleigh Kay Hatch; great-great-great-grandchild, Noelle Kendra Hoose; Brother, John (Carol) Smiley; Nephew, James Smiley and many family friends.
She is preceded in death by Father, Frederick Smiley, Mother, Opal W. Smiley and Daughter, Billie Kay Hatch.
