Winona S. "GG" Ramirez, 81, of Wheat Ridge, passed away January 9, 2017.
Winona S. Ramirez, also known as GG was born on October 15th, 1935 to Lugene and Anna Baxter in Denver Colorado, she was one of nine born to this union.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Joe Ramirez, her seven siblings, and her eight children.
Winona graduated from Manual High School in Denver Colorado and worked as a care taker for many years. She united with Christ at an early age and was baptized at New Horizon, non-denominational Christian Church.
Winona enjoyed listening to country music, hanging out with family, singing, dancing, playing games and watching her shows on television.
In lieu of flowers, all donations and contributions can be made to the family.
She leaves to cherish her memory: 4 daughters, Debby Miller of Lancaster, California, Belinda Nicholson, Henrietta Cox, Helen (Anthony) Redmon, of the Denver Metro Area, and 2 sons Wiley Lofton of Denver, Colorado and Henry Cox Jr. of Topeka, Kansas; 17 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, one sister Ramona Dawson of Atlanta, Georgia and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins as well as other relatives and friends.
