Yung Ae Bings

Yung Ae Bings, 82, of Denver, Colorado, passed away August 5, 2015.

She was born in South Korea but lived most of her life in El Paso, Texas.

Yung was a kind and caring wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, known for her hospitality, feeding anyone that came into her house. She thought of others before herself, and her warmth will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph Bings and grandson Gilbert Lee.

She is survived by five children: Joel Lee and wife Yong of Denver; Mariea Ratzlaff and husband Richard of Windsor, North Carolina; John Bings and wife Stacy of Bloomington, Indiana; Cathy Wittman and husband Greg of Lubbock, Texas; and Christien Bings, whose husband Randy Schaub is deceased, of San Antonio, TX. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren: Janet Thedinger (sons Bradley and Jackson), Michael Ratzlaff (sons Holden and Riley, grandson Cole), Frank Ratzlaff (son David), Tim Ratzlaff, Daniel Ratzlaff, Joshua Bings, Tia Bings, Jonathan Wittman, Jeremy Wittman, and Grayson Wittman.

Visitation will be from 9 AM to 10 AM, Saturday, August 8, 2015, at Newcomer Funeral Home followed by services at 10 AM. A private interment at Fort Logan National Cemetery will be held at a later date. To send condolences or leave a special message for the family, please visit the guestbook below.
