Paul Robert Loos of Englewood, Colorado, passed away at the Swedish Medical Center in Englewood, Colorado, July 20, 2018. Paul was born to Andrew and Lena Loos of Belleville, Illinois, on November 19, 1937.

Paul graduated from Belleville, Township High School. He attended Southern Illinois University and received a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. He attended the George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, where he earned a Master's Degree in Social Work. Paul married Marietta Abernathie in 1961. Three years later they moved to Englewood, Colorado.

Paul worked for Human Services Inc. from 1964 to 1996 where he earned several awards for his Counseling work.

His interests were photography, camping, knife making, and motorcycling. He also loved music, particularly anything by George Gershwin. He also enjoyed playing the piano.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Marietta Loos and his beloved Chihuahua, Jacob Ralphie.
