Mark J Stanley passed away at home on November 10, 2018.
Mark was born in Denver on February 2, 1952. He graduated from George Washington High School and Metropolitan State University.
He married Cheri on November 30, 1974 and worked for the city of Arvada for 32 years.
Mark loved God, his family, music, reading, shooting, and was a source of wit and wisdom.
Mark is survived by his wife, Cheri; son, Jeremiah Stanley, daughter Jennifer (Richard) Miller; grandchildren Caleb, Daisy and Holly, sister Gail (Gary) Frickell; brother Kim (Linda) Stanley; numerous nieces and nephews and his beloved dog, Peeve.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents, James and Marjorie Stanley and his father-in-law Richard Bradley.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, November 18, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 190 Potomac Street, Aurora, CO
