Larry James Watson was born to Dovie Harper and Leroy Watson on July 27, 1953.
Larry attended Napier and Ada Public Schools in Ada, Oklahoma. He graduated from Ada Senior High School in 1971. Larry also attended East Central University in Ada for two years.
Larry met and married Melonneise. To this union two children were born, Dovie and Terrence. He adopted Melonneise's young son Javion.
Larry later married Jacklyn Clark. Her three children became his and Larry's children became her children. Larry was "Daddy Larry and Pawpaw Larry."
Larry departed this earthly life on December 29, 2018.
Larry leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Jacklyn Watson; six children, Javion Wells Watson of Oklahoma City, OK, Dr. Dovie Watson of Philadelphia, Terrence Watson (Dr. Meghan) of North Carolina, Ken (Torayua) Clark of Bethany, OK, Krissy Dorsey, and Roberta Dorsey, both of Oklahoma City, OK. Larry is also survived by his beloved brother, Brad (Denise) Stewart. Larry has seven grandchildren, Kristopher (Damaris), Kino, Trinity, Jackson, Morgan, Lauryn and Jaylen.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Dovie and Leroy Watson; his grandparents; aunts and uncles; mother-in-law and father-in-law.
