Keith was born to the late Melvin Frank and Gladys Fiscus, March 27, 1931 in Sterling, Colorado. Brother of Verlan Frank Fiscus and Mary Jane Fiscus. Keith graduated from Manual High School in 1949. He married the late Jeanne Patricia Cram and lived in Denver, Colorado and had three children Michael, Karen and Wayne.
In 1986 Keith married Laura Dean and moved to Thornton, Colorado. Keith was a Maintenance Superintendent at Farmers Marketing Association.
Keith is survived by two children, Michael Leroy Fiscus, Karen Marie (Rick) Burkhart and, his step-children; Kerrie L (Mike) Ramirez; four sons, Robert D. (Rebecca) Faulkner Sr., Lawrence P. Faulkner, James D. Biddle, Kenneth B. Metz; one grandchild named Danette Lynn Fiscus-Christiansen and three great-grandchildren. Keith also has 20 step-grandchildren and 13 step-great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by Laura Fiscus and Son Wayne Allan Fiscus as well as brother and sister Verlan Frank and Mary Jane Fiscus.
