She was born September 24, 1929 in Munich, Germany, the daughter of Jakob and Kunigunde (Peters) Pickl.
On September 17, 1948, she married Mike Torres in Munich, Germany.
Louise was Treasurer for TEV Edelweiss German Club for 30+ years. She was also a member of the German Culture Society and The Red Hat Society.
Louise loved knitting, cooking, and gardening. She also enjoyed playing Solitaire on the computer. Louise was a worldwide traveler with her husband, Mike.
Louise is survived by son, Robert D. (Inez) Torres; daughter, Lydia L. (Kevin) Stymiest; two grandchildren, Austin (Kate) Torres and Kyle (Hannah) Torres; sister, Katerina Futterer and niece, Margit Futterer.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 63 years, Mike Torres; father, Jakob Pickl; mother, Kunigunde Pickl and brother, Jakob Pickl.
