Cathy M. Baker Daniels, 63, of Strasburg, passed away November 13, 2020.
She was born December 27, 1956 at Itazuke Air Base in Fukuoka, Japan, the daughter of Johnny and Adeline (Fraser) Goddard.
She was a graduate of Cherry Creek High School. She then went to real estate school and received her real estate license to help with her parents' business. Cathy then worked at a fire and water damage restoration company, where she met her husband, Robert "Bert" Daniels. After their marriage on June 2, 2001, Cathy and Bert moved to Strasburg and Cathy started her cleaning business. Cathy later closed her business to devote her time to caring for her mother until her passing in 2019.
Cathy was a Jehovah's Witness. She enjoyed spending time with her family and loved to fish, travel, go camping and listening to music. She also enjoyed going for walks and loved to clean.
Cathy is survived by her husband of 19 years, Robert "Bert" Daniels; her daughter, Crystal M. Baker; three stepchildren, David L. (Ashley) Daniels, Katie B. (Garrett) Daniels Brown and Eric L. (Sarah) Daniels; 9 grandchildren; brother, David W. (Nikki) Goddard and many nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.
She is preceded in death by mother, Adeline L. Goddard; father, Johnny R. Goddard and two brothers, John R. Goddard, Jr. and Edward R. Goddard.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a cancer research charity of the donor's choice.
